Staff helpful despite language barrier. Cards declined, but assisted with money exchange. Accompanied until Uber arrived. Great location near Praca de Republica and Metro station. Recently renovated and modern. Clean and comfortable room. Easy access to Metro for onward travel. Good internet connection.

This hotel provided excellent value for money. Despite some noise issues mentioned in other reviews, my room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel's prime location near the Republica metro station made it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities met my needs.
All minor issues were promptly addressed by the hotel staff.
